Dead soldiers being freeped again, my friends...
Repukes absolutely disgust me. Look at the rating of this story, as usual. That shows a concerted effort. We need to be just as determined to keep it on top. Please take a second to give it a "5".
Thanks!

2. They are too busy waving their flags and putting little yellow ribbons
saying they support the troops. I really don't think they give a damn if they think it hurts their president about our troops. I would think if they really did support the troops they would want to see and honor the dead.

18. I agree - yellow ribbons don't mean sh*t anymore
Repukes think all they have to do is *say* they support the troops...but their actions tell a whole different story. Sickening.

4. Kerry should announce that when elected
Military people killed in hostile action will no longer be brought back to the USofA in the dead of night, but instead will be returned to Dover during the light of day and given the honors at that time that they deserve.

It is just that simple.

7. I would love to know how they rationalize this freeping.
If there's a lurking freeper who could please explain this to me, I'd like to hear it. I'd feel downright sick if I did that.

Political polls, sure. But these are US soldiers killed in the line of duty- fighting the war you so fervently support. Don't you realize that in rating these stories low, you are putting your political party before your country's soldiers?

Doesn't this "party before country" thing bother you- even a little bit?

10. I think perhaps they may be embarrassed that the coward they idolize
didn't have the guts to do his duty, so they try to keep those who did their duty out of the public eye.

we (the dems) were celebrating the milestone of 1000 deaths in Iraq. Then you see crap like this. It's sickening..

16. 2.88 just now.
These assholes are heartless, soul-less pus-bags. Why would you place the politics of any one individual above the lives of thousands. Why would you want to trash your own country and others, just to try and prove a point. There is no living with these people - everyday I know this more and more...

17. If it were my child, I'd want the country to know how and why s/he died
I think we owe them that much. Freepers want casualties out of the news because they think dead soldiers hurt their cowardly idol.
Trust me, you a-holes, the families are hurt much worse by their soldiers' deaths.
Freepers are a pestilence.
Thanks for rating the story!
