Econ wizards: Did Gas prices go up in Swing States Nov 2000?
right before election as compared to nonswing states? Just curious.

1. Well at least Clinton wasn't buying crude oil ..
... to put into the reserve during periods of record prices.

You see, this is why Bush's businesses failed. Bush wants to BUY oil when it's high and SELl oil when it's low. Of course, every barrel he stashes into the strategic reserve raises the price of gas even more.

We've gone past the point of no return. Gas prices WILL be VERY high in Novemeber to record demand and short supplies. My gut tells me that Bush KNOWS he is going down and he is lining up his future career in the petroleum industry as a high paid, absentee board member.

There is NO WAY in hell that baseball would make this fuck-wit their commisioner.
