He had Tucker whining about "not letting him talk".. !! Tucker would make a point and when Paul tried to answer, Tucker was unable to talk over him. Then he complained that Paul would not let him talk ???It usually works. He usually drowns out all other conversation. Begala did not let him do it today. Bravo! :)
