3. Rethug operators seem to be everywhere.

In the Energy Dept. there are powerful but title-less Rethug operatives who run around making sure everything is going according to the Misleader's new "management agenda."

They are pretty scary characters. I met one, and he seemed like a neocon robot. I'll bet there are many others like him scattered around the federal government. They're like Africanized killer bees invading a hive of normal domestic honeybees, gradually transforming the whole swarm into something deadly.
