58 degrees here in Alabama? Did I hear that right?
I check the temp late this afternoon, and it was only 78. It's usually about 90-95 this time of the year, with lows in the 70s. Now I hear we will have a low of 58. WTF is going on with the weather? Don't get me wrong, I love the cool temps, but this makes me wonder if some strange shit is about to happen.

3. Same in Alabama
Many days the high is 80-85, and we've had plenty of rain. My electric bill is usually over $100.00 most summer months, but it's been in the $60-70 range since May. The highest temp I've seen on my little thremie thing this summer is 92.

4. Hey from Bama!

Lows are actually usually in the hi 70's to low 80's

Its 55 in North Alabama now.

Not necessarily from the hurricane, but there was a cold front that came down lower than normal.

Very freaky weather though. An all-time record for this time of year.

As the ice-caps melt look forward to all kinds of screwed up weather, much of it very violent.

6. Welcome to the greenhouse....................
The greenhouse effect caused by massive increases in the carbon dioxide content of Earth's atmosphere leads not just to "global warming" but global climate change. One of the main ways the climate changes is by DESTABILIZATION. Bigger storms and more frequent. Worse and longer droughts. Worse flooding (100-yr floods every 3-5 years). More hurricanes. Hotter hots. Colder colds. Total loss of the ability to use prior weather models to predict the future. In other words, the s--- hits the fan. In the past 4 years I have lost almost all ability to grow my own vegetables here in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. Too hot in the winter, way too hot in the summer, with periods of way-too-cold for the season. Never rains any more, except when it floods terribly. All I got from this summer's garden is 7 little pie pumpkins..........sigh........even the tomatoes are almost a total loss.

8. My garden sucked too
All my Lima beans just started falling off the vines before they matured. The tomatoes did well until June, and then they just turned brown and died. Made about half the zucchini I usually make.

Last year if I remeber, it was extremely hot during August , but this year has been cold. I guess we need an expert to tell us if this is global warming or just an explainable weather pattern.

11. Checking in from Arkansas:
Twenty cloudy and/or rainy days in June, a month that should have twenty-five days of maximum sunshine. Cool spell in the middle of July. TWO cool spells in the first two weeks of August. Record low temperatures at least twice this summer in Little Rock and other parts of the state. We are not expected to approach sesaonal norms until Tuesday of the coming week.

IMO, Chemtrails have played a part in this--preventing the escape of heat and Goddess-knows-what-all gases that should have radiated outward from the Earth. Combine this with the already-occurring Global Warming, and it adds up to Strange Shit IS happening.

12. Weird weather in Texas.
Thursday morning it was 66 degrees when I left for work at 9 am, when ordinarily it's in the 80s - 90s. A late September blooming perennial in my garden is blooming. Very peculiar weather.

16. Illinois....near Chicago....50 Miles South
August is usually one of the hottest months. Yesterday it was COLD. My son and I walked out of a restaurant and Brrrrr, we should have worn a jacket. Weird. The day before was cool, but not cold. 70 during the day...COLD at night. Today, it's beautiful....sunny and cool. Very, very strange for August. We should be having 100+ heat waves. I'm not complaining, mind you. It's a relief from the heat, but very unexpected. :hi:
