But the distinction between what is discussed on GD and the swirling eddy so many posts are suddenly being shunted to is moot to the point of invisibility. While it might be orderly and suit the needs of those requiring such precision, it hardly does anything to promote conversation, particularly on those topics that might stray over what is a very faint, if not nonexistent, line.

Honestly, how can you discuss anything pertaining to politics at this particular moment in time and not have it be part of this year's election campaign? It would be like trying to talk about the weather with the person whose dog you sadly just ran over.

I'm gettting used to it. I just keep three DU windows open now instead of two.
