10. We are only doomed if the voting systems are as parasitized and corrupted
As our Press

As our Legilstive System of Checks and Balances

As our Judicial System of Checks and Balances...

Uh-oh.

OTOH, NOBODY should be giving up because maybe, even then, we can flood the corrupted system with honest votes.

Even a 90% chance that "we're doomed" (i.e. that the New Totalitarianism of BushPutin Managed Democracy) means there is a 10% chance of hope.

Even a 1% chance would be more than enough reason to NEVER GIVE UP!

5. I want consistency
And over the last 4-5 weeks, Kerry is constantly in the lead. I don't care by how much all i care is that in 95% of the recent polls he is leading.

6. I live in Florida
and I saw Jeb come flying up from a 10 point deficit in two weeks last time so I'd feel a whole lot better if we were 15 point ahead.

7. Of course
But that wont happen in a polarized country. A three point lead this year is huge.

9. Are you speaking of Bush vs. McBride, or his first election?
I live in FL, too. I recall Bush gradually widening a close race to a significant lead before beating McBride (like 5-10pts in polls).

BUT what puzzled me so much was how MUCH he won by. It was FAR more than in any polls (19%). That has always struck me as mighty fishy!

11. Florida and Georgia have Third-World Voting Systems
Unfortunately, that is the case so there is as much chance of them going for Kerry as Siberia going for Trotsky in 1940!

NEVER GIVE UP, Georgians and Floridians, BECAUSE IT MIGHT NOT HAPPEN THAT WAY!

13. McBride
and McBride was ahead till pretty close to the election when Bush dropped a ton o'cash. That's the pattern that has me worried now.

12. What's that they say? "Consistency is the hobgoblin of small minds."
Now guess who have the "small minds" that are so bothered by Kerry's "consistency"?
