1. Which Phony Poll was that? Got a link?
I think much of the doomsaying comes from the fact that the System has been so corrupted and Sovietized by the Imperials, that the vote will be rigged and stuffed and loaded, whie Phony Terror Alerts are suppresseing vote count in key areas.

Or worse...

I agree with you that the outcome is not yet decided, polls or no polls.

But this goes well beyond polls, as do people's fears.

2. Don't agree with the delivery
Edited on Mon Aug-02-04 07:01 AM by quinnox
but do agree with the sentiment.

What I think would be funny is if in a week's time all the polls do show a bounce, and then the big media pushing this Gallup poll can look like fools.

7. Folks need....
... to get a freaking grip.

We have been seeing bogus polls since this race started. We've been told "it is a tight race" when the fact is it is NOT a tight race.

At this point it is ours to lose. And frankly, the more the spin machine whirls and the more Fox/CNN keeps bashing Kerry and lionizing Bush* the more credibility they both lose. Americans are not stupid, they just (usually) have better things to do. They are paying attention to this race in unprecedented numbers and this election is a watershed in more ways than one.

Relax. Can they steal it again? Anything is possible but only a few things actually happen. They were able to steal it last time because it was too close a race. It is not going to be a close race this time. Not close at all. Bush* may not have gotten a mandate to take office, but he's getting one to leave it. Count on it.

9. If you want the truth read the European press.
There is no point in even discussing what our press has to say.

10. I commented here that I thought there weren't many undecideds
and that there would be a minimal bounce - if any. Just because the "media" in order to push their coverage said that this is where people will get to "know" Kerry, doesn't make it so. Most people know where they stand and it has nothing to do with Kerry. It all has to do with hatred of Bush and fundamental ideology. Anybody who thinks this is like elections of the past has not been paying attention or isn't mad enough. I'm pissed - Bush is turning us into a nation of idiots and we need to stop him.

I'm just gonna post this in all the "polling" threads.
