Republican calls for the death of federal judge who may delay recall
Federal judge says he may delay California's Oct 7 recall

To: Canticle_of_Deborah

Davis right now has a lower approval rating among California voters than did Nixon the night before the resignation and some little fool judge in San Jose thinks he's going to stop this freight train? Not bloody likely!!!!!!!!! Off with his head!

3. I think if we think clearly
We can all agree that the quoted post is intended as hyperbole and not an actual death threat. Many people here make similar statements and we would cry foul if someone acted as if it were anything other than a figure of speech.

5. Tell that to the guy sitting in federal prison...
...for making a joke about a "burning Bush".

11. I think the guy sitting in Prison
who said that was not intending it to be a threat more of hyperboyle, I am sure he would agree with us don't take stuff like that serious. Off with his head could mean something else, much like the term "break a leg"

7. Actually,
I'm very careful never to say anything that could be conceived as a threat against the pResident for that very reason. You're allowed to criticize all you want, but issuing threats is not okay. Although, I will admit that "off with his head" is more literary than literal.

4. right...
and Clinton's approval raiting was around 15 points higher the day after the impeachment than the chimp's is right now but the media calls Drinky McDumbass a popular president every frickin' day!

But Davis did win the majority of the votes in his election as opposed to Snorty McAwol.

Those guys just don't like living in a democracy that's what it must be. They should all move to some island and take Shruby McAsshole with them then they can run their own little banana republic dictatorship and be as happy as the little bastards can be.

9. Umm, You're a bit out of line here, friend.
And, "Off with his head." is a line from "Alice in Wonderland", the Red Queen, I believe. Its use, even by a freeper, hardly constitutes a death threat.

10. Write the same thing as the freeper did replacing the word judge with Bush
Don't forget to sign it too. Then forward it to the secret service. Tell me how funny they think it is. Tell them all about Alice when they come knocking on your door. See how far that gets you.

14. You are not being serious, are you?
But, in a "back at you" kind of way, picking up on Carlos' challenge, if you think this was a death threat against a Federal judge, the YOU drop the dime on this guy. I await your tale of the FBI's response.

15. Not necessary to call anyone
This site has plenty of eyes from law enforcement watching what is posted here as well as all other political sites do.

As far as dropping a dime on someone goes, I will take a pass. I have posted too many stories on LBN of people who have contacted law enforcement for just that purpose and ended up in jail themselves. I am very Claustrophobic. A snitch does not fair too well in stir, I have been told.

..

The repubes are just upset that someone actually would have the guts to dare stand in their way..

They got this snowball running down hill and they are not stopping the avalanche ..no way..no how..:(

pathetic creatures..

I think their Do-over election is bogus from start to finish, but I am benevolent enough to let them have their little election...IF..

It is a real election to coincide with the March election.. Let us "get to know" their "candidates" ... Let's have some REAL debates..
and BTW.. since THEY are the ones wanting to oust a duly elected governor, LOSER Pays.. That's what they strive for in their tort reform that they love so much..

Dem gov loses to Repub candidate, the state pays

Dem gov is retained or replaced by a Dem, RNC pays..

That would put a stop to this shit in a hurry
