Poll question: Whom do you think will be the next Cabinet secretary to resign?
I have a feeling it's time for someone to go, but who?

I'm surprised Bush hasn't let go of Powell.

Of course, I think Rummy might also be under pressure to give up his seat - not from inside the White House, but from outside, as the situation in Iraq gets worse.

Unless the economy gets better in a hurry, I wouldn't be surprised if Bush lets go of his second Treasury Secretary in less than a year, or maybe his Commerce Secretary or Labor Secretary.

When he was "Resident-Select," Bush (said he) wanted a bipartisan Cabinet. Thus, he appointed former Democratic California Congressman and Clinton Commerce Secretary Norman Mineta to be Transportation

I'm also thinking this blackout might be bad news for not only Bush's energy policy, but for his Energy Secretary, Michigan native and former US Senator Spence Abraham (who was also Quayle's Chief of Staff). I don't know why, but I just think that.

Of course, there is always the posibility of resigning for 'personal' reasons, like Ari Fleischer and Karen Hughes.

2. It will NEVER be Gale Norton
She as sick as the rest of those f**ks, a true believer, who, while Rummy and his ilk are blowing up the Middle East to quicken the Rapture, she'll be filling in the Grand Canyon so when Jesus descends on his cloud he won't have to look at any unsightly potholes.

5. Ann Venemen
She is not well liked in the farm states and Bush will dump her to try to shore things up out there.
