The Putin announcement = Farenheit 9/11 deflection..?
I was just wondering if the administration considers Moore's movie so damaging that they would pressure Putin into this ridiculous charge...simply to deflect attention to Moore's film or to offer up such a HUGE piece of reasonable doubt?

It seems far-fetched, but considering that the film opens next weekend and has the potential to be explosive...

1. I think Putin is propping up Bush because....
I think Putin is propping up Bush because America is weak and is getting weaker with Bush in the White House.

2. More likely the 9/11 commision "No Link between Saddam and Al Qaeda"

5. At this point, everything Bush does is a deflection
Nothing has any traction in terms of "good" news. People laughed at this Russian revelation even as it was passing the anchors' butt-kissing lips. They are desperate men. A GOP hack was on Scab-borough last night, explaining how they are spending millions of dollars to runs ads attacking Bill Clinton..."But...why?" Asked Scarborough. "I don't get it...he isn't running for anything." The GOP shill said, "Yes, but America needs to know that everything they'll se in this F9/11 film happened while Bill Clinton was off ignoring his responsibilities" or some such quote.

Face it, they are scared shitless. I think they had devised plans for some little vote fudging here and there with Diebold, just enough to send them over the top in close races. Now, they are faced with the realization that nothing short of full-scale nationwide vote rigging or a Martial-Law inducing catastrophe, is going to be able to secure the WH for them...and they've taken in a LOT of money from their contributors which will have to be "paid back" somehow.

They are in a very, very, historically bad spot. Watch for anything. As for the Putin story, it is so bizarre it almost has to be real...maybe. I mean, this information would surely have helped Bush's call for war...but revealing it surely would demonstrate that he was bs-ing back before the invasion...what is his posible motivation for doing this? Other than perhaps a tanker-load of US tax dollars heading his way. I don't get this one at all.
