Are we anticipating some kind of big, orgasmic nostalgia party when Willy's book comes out? enough that Kerry's campaign will be overshadowed?

I'm thinking this line of reasoning is part of the larger "Bill and Hillary own the Democratic Party and use it for their own means" theories...most of the people I hear saying this kinda stuff think that Hillary will run in 08.

3. it should help Kerry
I would think it would help Kerry, simply because it would hurt Bush. Whenever I see Clinton on TV, I just think "why a two term limit?!" Reminding everyone of how great the Clinton years were for this country, especially relative to the current admin, will alert people to just how bad it is now. Nostalgia for Clinton is bad for Bush, good for Kerry.

8. ...more like "talking heads" or "chateratti"
think Republicans would love it if Clinton stole Kerry's spotlight, so they are probably happy abot the book.

This is all made up crap by the cable-news pundits, who have to invent non-issues to keep their mugs on and their checks rolling.

6. Kerry never misses a chance to bring up Clinton. this will help Kerry
clinton is great in getting out the message and he will be campaigning for kerry. it will remind voters of the good things.

7. Predictible Pavlovian response
whenever the name "Clinton" is spoken. I will read the book and tune out everything else said about it. It will be hard, but that's what the "off" switch is for.
