Whatever happened to the Bush/abortion story?

I had heard that Larry Flynt was comming out with a book giving the details of Bush paying for an abortion back in 1971. Has anyone heard anything lately about that? Will the story surface again during the campaign?

I heard the lady with refusing to tell the story. I'm thinking Bush and the CIA have gotten to her. But, this is all hearsay.
