Seymour Hersh on "Hardball" question
Seymour Hersh seemed to say that Ricardo Sanchez gave an illegal order for MPs to take orders from military intelligence, and that started the mistreatment of prisoners.

Is that how you interpreted it, and could Ricardo Sanchez be criminally liable?

1. Yes during the hearing
Simons spoke of the way things work, and placed the MI unit in Tactical command of the company... that is against all Army Regs

6. Hersh is right about Sanchez
ngry guy. I think he was talking about the four guys killed and mutillated and he was just about revenge. And I rememeber thinking oh great get them more pissed off just what we need.
