M. Bush et le chaos
If the situation weren't so tragic, one might note with irony that neoconservatives seem to have successfully brought to pass phase one of their plan: Chaos.

3. Heres the Google translation
The American NÉOCONSERVATEURS wanted change in the Middle East, by the force with the need. In the distress of the shortly after the attacks of September 11, 2001, they imposed this idea to the president George W Bush. It is status quo which misfortune had come from these authoritative modes, sometimes combined of the United States, whose brutality and incompetence nourished radical Islamism. Fault of knowing to support interior evolutions, eminently desirable but inevitably slower, an electric shock was needed.

It was necessary to give a salutary kick, not to be afraid of a temporary phase of destabilization, essential stage before the recombining of a more satisfactory close relation-Eastern order for everyone. In economy, one would speak about a process of destruction-creation. This kick in the old order, it was the war in Iraq. And, if the situation were not so tragic, one would want readily to be ironical by observing that the néoconservateurs seem on the way to achieve successfully the first phase of their plan: chaos.
