Truly, I do not wish to be a nattering nabob of negativity, but why in hell won't Kerry's people FIGHT BACK? It took Carville to finally articulate: rather than ask why Kerry's doing so badly, why aren't all those smarties at the White House Correspondents' dinner asking why Bush is doing so badly - he can't even crack 47% and is essentially tied with his opponent after spending more than 50 million dollars.

Devine just snickered, and shuffled, but didn't even try to answer when Tucker kept asking him more Kerry is inept/waffling/etc questions.

WE HAVE GOT TOO MUCH AMMUNITION TO RUN AWAY FROM THIS BATTLE!

I do want to give props to Howard Dean, who handled Judy Woodruff very nicely - did not let her control the debate.

Also John Edwards was wonderful yesterday on Late Edition.
