Just watched Will Pitt on channel 50 (Santa Rosa)
Good interview with Will. I am surprised the talking heads gave him as much time as they did (15 minutes, including a couple of short breaks). They even seemed interested in what he was saying. Quite a difference from the cable news networks, where the whores shout at quests and chuckle about how absurd their statements are. Great job Will! I hope to make it down to SF to hear your speech.

2. Call letters KFTY....
I don't know if he will be on again. I don't normally watch the station but tuned in after getting a heads up on DU yesterday morning. Will discussed how the truth about Iraq was known for a year, how he and Scott Ritter turned out to be right about the deceptions in the march to war. He talked about being trapped in Iraq with insufficient troops trying to do a job they haven't been trained for (cops), and how we need a UN force, but have pissed off the rest of the world, so now we are stuck in a quaqmire. It was a really good interview. Right on Will!

5. Ha!
I'm glad a DUer saw that. It was a good few minutes; they were fair and asked good questions and let me get my points in. Good crew, good station, with a DUer at the door answering the phones. :)

6. The point of a road trip
is that it's retail promotion, which gets past the mainstream gatekeepers and enables unifying communication. The model works as a viable alternative to commercial network broadcasting. It works well with progressive media - but also breaks into local affiliate stations.
