Based on The Daily Howler, www.dailyhowler.com

Jim Rutenberg, NY TIMES reporter, tries to trick readers into thinking Republican spin-points are bipartisan.

On Tuesday, he claimed that Democrats are worried that Clinton is going to publish a book, because that would supposedly overshadow John Kerry.

Yet Rutenberg couldn't name one Democrat who said that.

Today, Rutenberg claimed that both Democrats and Republicans are against 9/11 commissioners talking to the press.

Yet again, he couldn't name a single Democrat who felt that way.

3. couldn't agree more. don't know how he finds the time
love the way he hands it to Condi, and the way the media just roll right over for her

he ALSO really gives it to Russert; one of his columns detailed how he set Bush up, during the 2000 campaign, with that story about Gore's allegedly taking advice from Naomi Klein (is that the name) on being more masculine........NOT a true story, to begin with

he quoted at length on it, THEN, asked dumbo what HE thought about it!!

if I can find the story, I'll put it up, but that column took Russert to task, in detail, for being the shameless pugwhore he is

nobody does it more effectively than Somerby
