I didn't see it, so am still semi-healthy.

If you are still un-sickened and non-brainshrubbed,

What was the most memorable moment of this stumbling, bumbling piece of history?

1. Most memorable moment...for me it was...
the part where George admitted he was really a little girl trapped in a man's body. :)

3. So that's why I always thought him a hypocrite
That is a complicated matter, and perhaps we should leave it for him and his family to sort through. After all, it's a personal matter. I would probably have a small tendency to feel empathy towards him if he could just admit it.

He won't though. It will be 40 years before our progeny discover the truth.

I wish he would just read the bible every now and again.

4. his refusal to admit a mistake
or even take responsibility, or even admits that there was possibly even a mistake made, is going to make him lose this election. He is going to lose any independent votes he may have gotten.

10. LMAO!
It took me a while to get that - mostly because I'm exhausted - but when I did, oh man... the neighbors could hear me. :D

12. I was waiting for him to announce a PRICE on the beard of Sadr...
Sounded like he was trying to convince HIMSELF that Sadr is a bad, bad, bad man....

I may never be able to get it up again. It's been 3 hours and I still can't decide whether to cry or puke....

13. He said something about
our "historic opportunity to change the world".

I thought that was depressing, considering...

I just saw snippets - his smirks make me ill.

My husband noticed that it looked especially like he was lying when he talked about not knowing anything about 9/11.

14. Neither..just incredulous and dumbfounded...
Edited on Tue Apr-13-04 10:25 PM by truebrit71
..that was quite possibly the most incoherent, rambling sequence of cliches ever offered by someone in the WH...

He continually appeared at times as though he had almost completely lost his train of thought, and then his beedy little eyes lit up when he thought of a "get tough' sounding cliche or hook to throw out there...

Simply amazing that this man has nearly half the country backing him...

He repeated the lie about not knowing about airplanes flying into buildings..

He had repeated problems with keeping his plurals straight...

When someone asked him about 9/11 he IMMEDIATELY launched into his stump response of "that's why we're in Eye-Raq"...

I am amazed and flabbergasted at how totally inept and out of touch he appeared...I mean up the creek, and never mind having no paddle, he doesn't even have a boat!!!

Wow!~!!

15. Not sure. Depends on how long it takes to drink this off my mind.
Alcoholism may set in permanently.

"A free Iraq will be a great blow for terrorism."

"Secretary of State Colin Powell and Secretary of State Donald Rumsfeld"

Did I just watch a skit from the Benny Hill Show or Saturday Night Live, or was that really the "leader of the free world"?
