I've been hesitant about donating because I don't want my name on a website but it looks like only those over $200 are being reported.

2. I think its over 250, but how you donate is meaningless.

but I'm not sure. I tend to give 10 or 20 when I can rather than a lump sum.

The websites you speak of though have no relation to where or how you donate. They get their info from the publicly available reporting the campaigns do for the Feds. If you give over 200 or 250 you will eventually be listed.
