And Condi is creating the illusion that she was willing to tell-all by meeting in a backroom with a couple of administration hoods. She won't testify in public--and it doesn't take a genius to find out why.

...the Clarke detractors I've talked to in the past few days have one thing in commom (besides being Bush supporters): NONE have watched Clarke's testimony or interviews, NONE have read the transcripts or his book. Most have learned about Clarke from Faux or a few other RW outlets.

It's the first thing I ask them: Have you actually seen or read Clarke's testimony and book?

A bunch of morans were talking about how they love to listen to Rush and Hannity and the rest in order to get "a more balanced view." I suggested that they read Clarke's book and watch or listen to the congressional testimony. They instantly responded, "Sob! I have no time! No time to read! No time to listen to congressional inquiries!"

But plenty of time to listen to Rush. Oh please. Maybe they won't have time to vote this year. One can only hope.
