2. gerrymandering

The Electoral College may be dumb, but normally doesn't screw up the outcome. Of course it only takes one time, like 2000, to realize it needs to be done away with. Gerrymandering seeks to take away the vote of people in a district by setting it up to acheive an outcome predetermined by politicians. I'd love to bitch slap Tom DeLay for his role in the redistricting down here in Texas. Anyone want to hold him for me?
