Im just curious---does anyone know if Fox speaks English---I cant imagine that he and Bush can communicate, if at least one dosent speak English, and we know Bush dosent...

to get a free ride. It's about blackmail on the side of the US. If Fox doesn't go along with what bush wants, loan assistance for Mexico will be cut off. Just like they did to Haiti. Mexico is ran by a clan of wealthy Mexicans (actually Europeans), and Fox has to do what they say. The wealthy mexican clan is no different than the Saudis. The main problem is that wealthy Americans are in bed with these corrupt regimes. The bushies 300%. That is why poverty will never end in Mexico or Saudi Arabia.

I saw him interviewed on TV last year. He spoke slowly, but quite clearly. He appears to be quite intelligent.
