3. Haha...
Even I had to laugh at that sudden burst of "Spot died for our sins." And I have brain damage.

4. Really nice ...

I think the dogs are cute too, but the White House could spend some time making tribute videos for the soldiers that died AS WELL as their dogs.

5. The dog was probably one of the few beings that liked Bush.
I doubt the families of the war dead feel the same.

6. Liking Bush is unconditional love gone too far, even for a dog!

9. I wonder if he even cared about the dog
Maybe I am too cynical, but people like * usually only care about themselves. Some sharpie at the White House knew it would look good to pretend Bush cared though.

13. I doubt it. Barney hates him.
In every picture I've seen Barney is trying to get the hell away. I've read a few stories about Bush dropping him.

7. Name the last time
A sitting President when to the funeral of a soldier killed in war! Its something that is rarely done & a tradition that pre-dates Bush by about 200 years

8. Bush won't go near a dead soldier.
Clinton attended the return to the US of the remains of US soldiers killed in Somalia.

That's the big problem here, Bush lives in a fantasy world, and is afraid to be near a dead soldier. He talks about honor, integrity, etc, and refuses to show the least material respect to fallen soldiers he sent to die for no good reason. Maybe he's afraid he might have a conscience after all...

11. Bush should have acknowledge the dead in
SOME way, at least. On the other hand...........................................There are QUITE A LARGE NUMBER OF DEAD now, so maybe the logistics would be "too much" for poor, delicate, little dubya. :eyes:

12. I won't say anything bad about the dog
or insinuate that chimp had it killed like the freepers did when Clinton's Buddy was hit by a car. If chimp loved the dog that is admirable but I wish his compassion extended beyond that to others. :-(
