Perle said that he stressed back in 1998 that the World Trade Center would come down, partly because it had already been a target in the past. Perle was sure of this.

Perle explains how Dictators start wars, Democracies don't start wars.

Perle didn't deny when Ray said that PNAC seems to be a blue print of what is currently going on.

Perle said "indeed" when Ray compared 911 to the "New Perle Harbor", as described in PNAC that it would be needed to proceed with the PNAC plan.

Perle said Bush had taken an interest in "defense transformation" and that was a theme of his during the presidential campaign when asked if Bush had read PNAC

Perle said Bush's Secretary Of Defense, Vice President, and National Security Adviser had made it clear before Bush was sworn into office, that they were very vocal during the campaign about their plan. Actually Bush was aware long before they were selected to serve in the Administration about their plans regarding going to war with Iraq, Iran,Syria , and PNAC.


When asked what happened to the findings on terrorism presented by the Clinton Administration from Senators Warren Rudman & Gary Hart when the Bush Administration was settling into office, Perle replied that it went "into that great bureaucratic machine called the Government of the United States and chuckled. My translation to that is it was done away with, because they already had their own agenda -PNAC.

I forgot about him.. i was an AVID listner when I was in the bay area... I remember distinctly he was on air when bush1 invaded panama.. one of the most pissed i've ever been... I'll have to start trying to get him on web feed... He is totally the best there has ever been.. I would dare any right wing guy to try to take him on.. he leaves em drooling..

This is a true gem on the internet. These two debated in 1988, at Ohio State University. It is truly amazing to hear them go at it. It's two hours long but it really worth a listen.
