How Can We Press For A REAL Debate Format?

Everyone knows that GWB is totally incapable of holding his own in a real debate against ANY of the Dem candidates.

My question is how is it possible for we the people to influence the formats of the debates? The "debates" that GWB can participate in consist of 1 minute answer formats where he is allowed to regurgitate these meaningless talking points...danger danger danger 9/11 9/11 9/11 God Bless America over and over again.

We already are subjected to simplistic 1 minute commercials from all sides....who can we appeal to, starting now, to have formal debates, with time for expanded answers and rebuttals, for the General Election?
