In an article on Terror attacks and Kerry speech on Thursday on National Security, CNN, of Course via Uber media whore Candy and this fellow Mike Roselli, need to add gas/energy Bush lies to their story as if those lies were truth - never a comment that when Bush says Kerry has called to "tap" the Strategic Petroleum Reserve Kerry actually said stop filling the damn thing for a while, and that when Bush says Kerry supported a 50-cents-per-gallon increase in the gasoline tax as a senator that was a verbal comment that he did not rule anything out - and the fact is that Kerry never supported any bill in the Senate that had a $0.50 tax on gas in it - or that Kerry's opposition to drilling for oil in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska affects events 10 years from now when such oil - if found - would come on the market - and has no effect on the current situation.
But what do you expect of CNN mediawhore Candy Crowley?

SEATTLE, Washington (CNN) -- As U.S. officials fret over intelligence that they say points to an increased possibility of a major terrorist attack on the nation, presumptive Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry on Wednesday delivers a speech on national security.
Reporters questioned the Massachusetts senator, asking him why he was bringing up the issue more than five months ahead of fall elections.
"I don't think it's early," Kerry said shortly after arriving in Seattle late Tuesday."It's one of the most important issues facing the nation. Our young men and women are dying, in another country -- in several other countries -- and the threat of terror is very real. And I think I can wage a more effective war on terror than George Bush is" waging.<snip>
Asked if gatherings like political conventions would be able to go forward and if institutions of democracy could work in an era of terrorism threats, Kerry was resolute.
"You better believe it," he said."As long as I'm involved in it, terrorists will never shut down the democracy or the ability to function in this country. Never. That's what they want, and they'll never do it. Period."<snip>
