Baptist Health Systems Announces Layoffs (200 jobs - Birmingham, AL)

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Two hundred employees are being laid off at Baptist Health Systems. In a statement released today, the company said the reduction in work force does not include physicians or bedside registered nurses. The largest percentage of the cuts will made in "system" positions.
