Bill involves bikers' freedom to take a bigger risk of injury
When Wayne Shaub of Brentwood hopped on his motorcycle and headed to Yellowstone National Park, he took off his helmet at the Kentucky state line.
He avoided states with helmet laws on his adventure west so he could ride free.
''There's not another sensation like it,'' Shaub said. ''Flying in an open-cockpit aircraft might be close.''
