(sarcasm off)

Utah is one of the three most Repuke states in the nation, along with Idaho and Wyoming. I would expect poverty numbers like these.

5. i was thinking
that it doesn't look like the church is doing a very good job.
but of course they''ll improve those numbers once they have access to faith based tax dollars.
if my eyes could, they'd roll right out of my head.

6. Faith Based Won't Help Those Poor Families with 8 kids
and there are a lot of them.. they need every cent to feed, clothe, house those kids, plus give their 10% tithing. No way can they afford anything other than public schools. I'm really surprised the mormons don't wake up and start voting democrat. The republicans are not helping them in any way shape or form.. except the anti-gay marriage thing. They sure stand together on THAT!

7. But is that the faith churches that will get the money?
Many Christians do not see that church as Christian. That is the problem with Bush picking what church gets the money. My church is an old church in this country and it will not get any, We were not for the war.We are Christians. This may as it is in a red state. Nice to know where your tax money goes.

4. Something here is not right
I've always understood that Utah is not like other red states, in that they have one of the lowest poverty rates in the county.

So, I went looking. Utah has one of the LOWEST rates of poverty.

and

------
So, if this is right about Utah, then the rest of the country is in a big mess.
