9/11 widow in N.H. talks about her lawsuit against the government

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. -- A lawyer for a widow suing the Bush administration for negligence in the 9-11 terrorist attacks asked a New Hampshire audience Wednesday to press presidential candidates on whether they will investigate the attacks.

Mariani has refused to accept money from the Victims Compensation Fund. Instead, she filed suit in federal court against United Airlines and Huntleigh USA Corp., accusing them of failing to protect her husband from the terrorist hijacking. That suit was filed in the Southern District of New York.

She also filed a racketeering lawsuit last year in federal court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, accusing President Bush and top members of his administration of knowing such hijackings were imminent, but failing to prevent them for personal and political gain.

"Ellen's not looking for money," he said. "She's looking for truth."

2. This is one of the most incredibly underreported stories

If you do a google news search for Mariani and RICO you only get NINE hits. That's all for a story where a 9/11 survivor is suing the administration under racketeering charges. That's all for a story where the BFEE is accused of knowingly profiting from prior knowledge of 9/11.

If this was a case of the news media thinking this woman was nuts, this story would be splashed all over the oddly enough or news of the wierd. They are deliberately suppressing this story.

any wonder why. I certainly remember the full blown and lavish details of EVERY bogus case the VRWC tried to bring against our last elected President. These 9/11 cases are springing up like mushrooms and will eventually snowball into something our regime and their media flying monkeys may no longer be able to bury.

...neither is other criminal conspiracy, so there is no sovereign immunity defense for the highest federal officials. The *resident could invoke the Soldiers and Sailors relief act, so could General Myer, and postpone the suit until they leave office.

they "should be running part of this interview in a special report on
primary day in new hampshire, jan 27th and we'll be running a longer version sometime in february"

Free Speech TV is on Dish Network and other Cable outlets. I looked at their January 27 schedule, but didn't see anything. Wonder if it might be on the Democracy Now! segment.
