Bush to speak on spending, war funding

WASHINGTON - President Bush will appear in the Rose Garden at 10 a.m. to comment on Congress, which returns to work on Monday. He's expected to criticize congressional spending and war funding.

White House Press Secretary Dana Perino says he will not take questions.

So now the president tells congress, what they should do...he did during the 109th congress, we know. But congress works on their own. And they are supposed to be the ones who make the bills not bush.

I think it's his arrogance. Just the way he struts around and then talks down to everyone.

Especially when he seems to have the thinking ability of a toad.

Then there is the fact that everything that comes out his mouth is a lie. Take whatever he says and figure out the opposite and there you have it.
