9/11 widow wants Bush in court
Press releases about this law suit against Bush and Co. were sent out to 3,000 media outlets--only ONE reported it, now here's Aljazeera reporting as well. Don't see how they can keep this under wraps for long.

<clips>

A September 11 widow has filed a Federal Court complaint against US President George Bush and his cabinet members for concealing the truth about the World Trade Centre attacks.

Ellen Mariani alleges leading members of the US administration had prior knowledge of the 9/11 attacks but failed to warn anyone of the terrible danger and made no effort to prevent thousands of deaths.

Her late husband, Louis Neil Mariani, died in the south tower of the World Trade Centre.

Speaking to Aljazeera.net on Tuesday, attorney Philip Berg said the complaint was being filed under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organisations Act (RICO).

10. 3,000 press releases sent NONE in the USA reported about this
This is only the second media outlet that has reported this after Mariani and her attorney sent out 3,000 press releases. In other words the US press is burying this completely. It's important to get this out to presidential candidates, the media (letting them know that we know), and anywhere else where it's gonna get exposure. The US public is entitled to know about this.

15. You can also send this out
to your local media and see what they do. At least that way, you're local and can keep on them.
Also, some of the papers are online..some have areas where you can write what you want--if they won't do it, you do it.

23. I did, I had luck with Freespeech TV and they told me that
they had already contacted the lawyer and would have them on in January. But this needs to get out to the mass media, which I never even heard back from. I also sent it to Dennis Kucinich, Democracy Now, and others.

35. Knight Ridder mentioned it in a small way in an article about victims
not claiming funds that ran originally in the Philidelphia Inquirer and today in the Biloxi Sun Herald. Also, Alex Jones interviewed her. Here's a couple of clips from the Mississippi paper.

<clips>

...Only 73 people have filed lawsuits against the airlines or trade center. Ellen Mariani, of southern New Hampshire, was one of the first. Mariani's husband, Louis Neil Mariani, was a passenger on United Airlines Flight 175, which crashed into the South Tower of the World Trade Center.

Not only is Mariani suing United Airlines for lax security, she also filed a second lawsuit in September in federal court here against President Bush and his administration.

Mariani, who is represented by Philip J. Berg, a Lafayette Hill, Pa., lawyer, charges that the Bush administration failed to heed repeated warnings from U.S. intelligence and foreign sources that terrorists might use commercial aircraft as weapons.

"Our government had knowledge of this and took no steps to prevent it," Berg said.

Mariani said no amount of money from the federal government would persuade her to back off from her legal fight.

"I would eat dirt" before taking money from the federal government to settle the case, she is quoted as saying. She is already on Social Security and is apparently not into the money. She wants the truth told in an open court.

7. Ellen Mariani's open letter to Bush
<clips>

Open Letter To The President Of The United States

Mr. Bush,

This ''open letter'' is coming from my heart. I want you to know that I am neither a Republican nor a Democrat and that this is not an attempt to ''bash the Government''.

You Mr. Bush should be held responsible and liable for any and all acts that were committed to aid in any "cover up" of the tragic events of September 11, 2001. As President you have a duty to protect the American people. On September 11th you did not instruct your staff to issue a nationwide emergency warning/alert to advise us of the attack on America. We had to receive the news of the attacks via the news networks.

In the months leading up to the attacks you were repeatedly advised of a possible attack on American soil. During your daily intelligence briefings you were given information that had been uncovered that the very real possibility existed that certain undesirable elements would use commercial aircraft to destroy certain "target" buildings. You never warned the American people of this possible threat. Who were you protecting?

When you took no responsibility towards protecting the general public from the possibility of attack, you were certainly not upholding the oath you spoke when you took office. In that oath you pledged to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.

On the morning of the attack, you and members of your staff were fully aware of the unfolding events yet you chose to continue on to the Emma E. Booker Elementary School to proceed with a scheduled event and "photo op". While our nation was under attack you did not appear to blink an eye or shed a tear. You continued on as if everything was "business as usual".

11. Attorney Phil Berg filed "fraud" law suit to overturn 2000 election
Some background on the attorney who is representing Ellen Mariani.

Berg is a former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania; former candidate for Governor and U.S. Senate; an attorney with offices in Montgomery County and an active practice in Philadelphia, PA.

...FYI - Phil Berg, Esquire has been fighting to establish "the will of the people" by:
1) filing a class action law suit in Austin, Texas based upon the 12th Amendment challenging the residency of Dick Cheney;
2) by filing a 'Friend of the Court" brief in the case filed earlier in Florida against Cheney's residency;
3) by being the "Press Liaison" person on the Seminole Absentee Ballot case where Berg spent 11 days in early December 2000, being sent to Florida by Democrats.com where Berg personally discovered "tainted" ballots in Jackson County, Florida where "white oval stickers" were placed on ballots causing "overvotes" to be "votes;" and
4) Berg's discovery has resulted in further investigations into other counties in Florida and the "fraud" lawsuit Berg is preparing to file.

31. I don't believe in LIHOP either. MIHOP, on the other hand......

Remember the PNAC calling for a "new American Pearl Harbor"?

Everything that happened on 9/11 can be traced to that. They wanted to take over the middle east and needed an excuse to bring americans into the mix. If 9/11 hadn't happened, none of the rest of it, the war, the patriot act, homeland security, Guantanamo, the destruction of iraq, none of it would have happened.

Sure some will say coincidence. But look at the outcomes, each of which gives PNAC what they wanted, and then give me a plausible scenario in which it could have happened without the help and active participation of the administration.

Then I have a bridge you'll just love. Financing too.
