Leave it to John Rocker to come out in defense of Rush Limbaugh.
"All I will say, is people need stop being so sensitive," Rocker said while appearing on Sporting News Radio's Peter Brown Show. "(Rush) wasn't trying to physically hurt or mentally hurt Donovan McNabb. I mean, he just wasn't doing it. I know Donovan is probably a little upset by it, but that certainly wasn't (Rush's) his intent. He has been a journalist and newsman long enough to know better than to intentionally, blatantly make a comment like that to intentionally offend somebody."

Okay, he didn't say that verbatim; but when you de-code it, that's what he said. He disguised it as if it was about football or McNabb or the media. But I know what message the rednecks and bigots got from Rush's comments. For decades I've heard them say that blacks aren't smart enough to play quarterback. Just as I've heard them say that a woman isn't smart enough or tough enough to be president. Just as I've heard them say Jews control the media and banks. Just as I've heard them say Muslims are primitive warmongers. And so on. These jerks insult a whole group of people then look innocent and ask, "But what have I done wrong?
