Anthrax Victim Widow Sues Gov't for $50M
The widow of a photo editor killed in the nation's first anthrax attack in 2001 sued the federal government on Wednesday, alleging that lax security at an Army lab led to his death.

1. But...
That means she is accusing the government of having a terrorist in their midst.

Why does she hate America?

2. E gods~! Do they know it came from "an army lab"....I'm behind
on my anthrax knowledge. For awhile all I did, with everyone else, was
live that news.

Good Luck to her and anyone who is opening up the attention on this!

3. Yes, it did.

As I understand the convoluted and stalled investigation the Ames strain spores went to the Army intended for end user CIA for bio-defense research either from Dugway to Ft. Deitrich or vice versa. This is a huge unanswered question and I still don't know whatever happened to the investigation two years after the murders.

Then there is the huge question of bio-terrorism expert Jerome Hauer being hired by Tommy Thompson on 9-10-2001 from SAIC and Tommy ordering his staff to immediately take Cipro on 9-11-2001 well before the anthrax attacks.

Tin foil is needed in industrial strength when dealing with this anthrax business.

5. thank god
it might be a weird thing to be happy about but the fact that the anthrax came from a home grown US loon probably saved thousands of people in a thirld world country from being bombed...small mercies

4. I wonder how many US citizens think Iraq was behind the Anthrax attacks?
The anthrax attacks did conveniently introduce the american public to the science behind anthrax. I do believe Bush then used the words "Saddam", "Iraq", and "Anthrax" together in the same sentence quite often.

Must have been him!

9. I hope she kept copies
of those pics her husband had of W from his Skull & Bones days and the other shots he had on that roll of film with the pics of Jenna doing the drunken slut bit.

This is why he was killed and this is why the National Enquirer no longer publishes anything negative about Bu$hCo.

12. Now don't things make a lot more sense
when you look at things in that light.

Maybe this is why W needed an excuse to shut down American Media's corporate headquarters without notice and then only allow 'investigators' back in. I think they were cleaning up more than just anthrax spores. Why didn't they shut down ABC and CBS(?), they both got anthraxed too?

13. I've always believed this was the Bush's plot....
to drum up support for a war in Iraq. Then 9/11 happened and they abandoned it because it was no longer necessary. The stuff had to come from a well-equipped lab. It can't be grown in a basement without contaminating the whole surrounding neighborhood. Even the letters would have had to be prepared in a lab. You couldn't just take some home and spoon it out of a jar into some envelopes. It would contaminate your whole house and then everywhere you went. Unintentional contamination would be everywhere in a very short time. The whole thing looks very suspicious to me.

14. Vanity Fair, of all places...
The recent issue of Vanity Fair has a rather chilling expose on the domestic anthrax terrorism--written by the man called in by the FBI to do the writing comparisons and analyses on the notes involved. It's a great read, and really blows the lid off of the cover-up of the bulk of evidence against Hatfill.

If this sort of story is being published in a oligarchy-kissing rag like VF, I have hopes that the mainstream media might even pick up the trail.

15. Why isn't she suing Dick (I take Cipro) Cheney directly??
Why not get right to the real source?
