So many hypocritical statements.

Advancing the cause of democracy? When will he apologize for encouraging a coup in Venezuela?

When will he apologize for calling the U.N. irrelevant?

Nuclear non-proliferation? It was his administration that violated the treaty by initiating research and development of "tactical" nuclear weapons they call "bunker busters".

He's using the bombing of the U.N. building in Baghdad as an attempt to further his PNAC agenda. Gee, that sounds familiar.

4. i would like to compare it to Chirac's compassionate speech

bush did not offer any words of condulence to UN about sergio de mello and the victims of (his) bombing of iraq UN compound...only mention the bombing itself
