12. I had forgotten about until I saw your post at about 7:25 CDT so I figured
I'd watch it. About 9 minutes so far. Chimpy is just Chimpy. Same old tired platitudes and bullshit. Normally I can't stand the SOB for more than a few dozen seconds but I find it interesting in a psychoanalytic way. May have more comment later...

22. He must have no fucking clue.
Im halfway between distugsted and humored by this propaganda piece. Thats real fair and balanced journalism with tough questions.

BH: "Whats it like to be the best president ever"

GB: "Well, my daddy always used to say...."

There is no more any wonder at the state of this nation.

26. not in so many words...
..but you know, practically

Ok. Bush doesn't watch the news, political events, read the newspaper, or pay attention to world affairs if Condi doesn't tell it to him personally. He spends more time praying than reading about the economy.

I wish people took his advice EXACTLY, and judged the prosperity of the country and the peace in the world before reelection. Then thered be no way he could win.

25. JFC. This guy is an IDIOT!
Edited on Mon Sep-22-03 10:53 PM by Zhade
BUSH: Lincoln, who I've got on the wall over there. The reason why is because I can't imagine what it would be to be president when the United States at war with yourself. People killing each other here in America on a massive basis. Just can't imagine what it would be.

HUME: Have you asked yourself, what he might have done, or how he might have handled the situation?

BUSH: Well, I think -- he inspires me because from this way, throughout his entire presidency he thought about the United States of America, and the toughest job for a president is to unite the country, to achieve objectives, and I believe the president must set big objectives. And I set big objectives. And -- and yet, when you read the other presidents' writings, they always complain about the press and the fact that Washington is too political, it's not very civil. In other words, it's a hard task to unite the country. Lincoln kept it united. And so -- he is inspiring, from that sense. I mean, he helps me recognize that one of my most important jobs is to set big goals and unite the nation to achieve them.

He kept it united? Funny, wasn't there that CIVIL WAR you just mentioned?

GOD! What a fucking IDIOT!

27. I cannot stand to watch
the Chimp (a.k.a. 'Whistle Ass' because when he talks he is just whistling out his ass).

He has that burned-out look that old drunks have. Also, his ears are low-set and kind of pointed. And when he starts to talk, I just cannot believe that this man was appointed president of this nation. If the Republicans are not routed in the next election, we are finished as a free nation. That is not just rhetoric (and as Bob Boudelang would say, "No, I have not been drinking, so STOP SAYING THAT!")
