Once they've pillaged enough, watch them abolish the program as being a "Waste of resources that didn't meet it's goal".

If anything, they'll wait until Canada all but kills off the cross border pharma trade.

4. bait and switch again
first it was supposed to cost $400 billion (although they knew it would cost more than $500 billion and kept it hidden until after the vote) and now the price is up to $720 billion - this money is just windfall profits to Big Pharma.
