The body of Egyptian driver Ibrahim Mohammed Ismail, who worked for a Kuwaiti company, was found by Iraqi police on Jan. 16, dumped in a street in the western city of Ramadi.
The video, which was posted on an Islamist Web site on Sunday, showed insurgents' growing confidence. The hostage was taken out into a street and shot four times by a masked militant in broad daylight as cars passed by.
"I tell my Kuwaiti employers and all drivers not to go to Iraq," the man said on the video, adding that he was delivering supplies to U.S. forces when he was abducted in Ramadi.
