Another letter to Feingold with help from my 9-year-old.
Feingold responded to my first letter saying we have no proof of fraud. I explained this to my 9-year-old. He didn't understand either and said, if your house is fire you don't turn away, you call the fire department.
I'm so proud.

Dear Senator Feingold:

In the aftermath of the 2000 elections, I was greatly disappointed when not one member of the Senate supported the request by members of the House of Representatives for an investigation into the voting irregularities in the November presidential election. We expected, however, that the flaws in the system would be investigated, and that by November 2004 we would be guaranteed a just and fair presidential election.

We now know that a just and fair election did not take place in 2004. I expect my elected representatives to do something about it. Take a stand. Draw a line. Defend democracy. We must have confidence in our electoral system. The media refuses to report on the election questions and is withholding raw exit poll data from Congressman Conyers. Government officials are denying access to public election documents and partisan court and election officials are stalling an investigation that could give us the answers we must have. You do not need clear evidence of "fraud," however you might define it, in order to contest the election. If a person disappears over a cliff, do you turn your back and go about your business because you have no evidence of injury or death? If your house is on fire do you walk away just because you don't know how it started? The MASSIVE list of disturbing unanswered questions is more than enough to justify standing up and demanding answers before accepting the electors' votes.

The House and Senate have a right to jointly contest an election. When Congress reconvenes in January, at least 14 members of the House of Representatives will challenge the validity of the 2004 election. They will request an immediate "investigation of the efficacy of the voting machines and new technologies used in 2004 election, how election officials responded to the difficulties they encountered, and what we can do in the future to improve our elections systems and administration."
There is NO matter before the congress that could be more important. I urge you to take a stand and contest this election. Silence in the face of such glaring questions is nothing less than a vote against democracy.

1. Thank God for bright 9-year-olds... and 7-year-olds... and 5-year-olds...

and if they are capable of grasping these issues, and the Senators still don't seem to be getting it, perhaps we ought to send the kids to Washington on Jan 6th to see that everyone in our nation is treated FAIRLY. We spend a whole lot of time talking with kids about being fair. Kids are great at FAIR.

And for an actual MASSIVE list of evidence of Vote Fraud in Ohio check out:
