The window on the top floor of the county prison's newest cell wing, the one which Robbins used in his abbreviated attempt at freedom, was the same one used Friday night by Hugo Marcus Selinski, 30, and Scott Bolton, 39, to mount their escapes.
One prison official said they are investigating information that Bolton may have been "pushed" by Selinski. If true, that could explain why Bolton fell up to 40 feet to a rooftop below, causing serious injuries that includes broken bones and internal bleeding. He was taken to Hershey Medical Center for treatment.
Selinski, however, fared far better. He appears to have been successful in descending the sheet rope and using a mattress to shield himself from coils of razor wire put there expressly to foil escapes.
He then apparently jumped 18 to 20 feet to the ground below, where he made good his escape.
