18. The oldest one was Fred Risser. Spencer is the black guy.
Spencer said something about Obama being preoccupied with Libya and about his popularity rising as a result of Walker in the earlier press conference. It could have been Risser--or Bob Jauch for that matter, who is no spring chicken either. Risser is something like 84 and has a white beard.
