(that's like assuming JFK WANTED LBJ as his running mate).

To be fair though, her appointment, as was the case with his appointment of a basically right-of-center Cabinet and an economic team of Wall Street toadies, was a sign that things might not go well for those who actually worked for and voted for this president.

When we saw how the cabinet came out, it became clear that even though we'd elected him to be FDR(or at least try to be)this president was going to be Jimmy Carter on domestic policy and Woodrow Wilson on foreign policy.
