Are you talking about the Teaparty? You sure are not describing OWS. You seem to know nothing about this movement, but have a lot to say about it most of which is totally unrelated to what it is about.

For one thing, it is NON partisan, and for good reason. But any elected official who shares the goals of this movement, is more than welcome to join.

There is nothing disturbing about this movement, unless you are a supporter of the failed status quo. What is disturbing is to see people attempt to tie this movement to the failed system that made it necessary in the first place. No one cares anymore about individual politicians, unless they are working for the people. The country, the world has moved beyond that old way of thinking as it has completely failed a majority of the people on this planet. A new way is necessary and if politicians want to be a part of it, the first thing they need to do is understand it. Otherwise the world is going to 'move forward' without them.

And for the record, these people did NOT suddenly wake up. They have been awake for a long time, waiting for their party to start working for the people. Sadly, that has not happened, so now the people are working on finding a way to put the PEOPLE back in control of this country. Funny how some people can no longer think outside of the two boxes, 'left/right' they have been forced into. But fortunately, a majority of the people can.
