MPD will either force them onto one side of the Mall where it's easy to railroad them into a police net or coerce them onto Cap Hill where the added manpower of the Park Police and US Capitol Police combined with the extant barricades, one way streets and unmarked dead-ends will end this rapidly...or they'll let them run themselves out of room.

I have a bad feeling about this...I see no way this isn't ending in a (suicide-by-cop?) shootout.
