You don't like people that critizie the President or are unhappy with him because they feel they have been let down by him. But you have no problem whatsoever if they come here to praise him. Do I have this correct?
They have a word for that and your not going to like it, that is in fact what you mean.
ON EDIT: also the same can be said about people only prasing the President "It reminds me of the Christians that feel the need to draw as much attention to themselves as possible by praying in public."
