Seriously.

I suppose you could run a disclaimer during the bumbers but it is called "The Rush Limbaugh Show" which pretty much tells me its his opinion just like it's called, "The Rachel Maddow Show." It's her opinion. I tune in because I value her opinion even though she only has a fraction of the air-time of Limbaugh.

And considering how many opinions there are on any given topic it wouldn't be reasonable to legislate an accounting of each opinion then setting aside equal quantities of time. Just look how many different opinions are on this exclusively preogressive forum. Should Limbaugh share his time with liberals who are infuriated with Obama's policies or should he share his time with liberals who think Obama should stay the course? Should Limbaugh have to give time to conservatives that hold differing opinions on abortion (many libertarians are pro-choice) even though they're still mostly conservative as he is?

Even then, just because you mandate X number of hours of one part of one faction's opinions doesn't mean people will watch. Guess how many hours a week I less to Limbaugh. HINT: less than .0001% because he has less than that much appeal to me.
