You said you worked, in the past. Did your boss wait until everything was done to his satisfaction before paying you, or did you get paid every couple weeks like most employees?

Or were you the boss who didn't pay anyone until you were satisfied that the job was done, whatever the job was? If you ran a hospital, no employee got paid until every patient was healthy and discharged? If you ran an automobile dealership, no employee got paid until all the cars were sold to happy customers?
