if you want to understand why some event or situation occurred, it's necesssary to look at pertinent antecedent events

so, it is extremely relevant that, in the time leading up to the Wisconsin recall, the White House recalled
DNC staffers that had been working in Wisconsin

to explain why "shit happens" you have to look at the preceding events

OFA is a "project" of the DNC, not the same as actual DNC staffers

it's great OFA was on the scene working, but it would have been even more helpful to have
DNC staff working there as well
