begins his campaign in earnest person A will say what an articulate and well-spoken man he is. Person B will accuse person A of being racist, Person C will pile on and then the arguments will begin.

And the screwing will be forgotten during the heat of the battles of words, and nearly every incumbent who seeks reelection will be successful.

The seats left to battle over will be the ones being vacated due to death or retirement.

The people in DC know this. We tend to vote for "the name you know."
